I think Liz Earle makeup doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, I tried all of the range now and I’m really, really, impressed I like it all. The range is made up of good core products, the products aren’t created to suit trends but to be permanent products in any makeup bag.
The lash base is designed to worn under mascara to make the lashes look longer and thicker and therefore more voluminous. It’s white when applied (like the Clinique Mascara Primer) but it soon turns clear and you put mascara on afterwards anyway. It bulks up the lashes to make them thicker and fuller and works perfectly with all mascaras. The ingrediants include Vitamin E and other oils like joboba seed oil to condition lashes.
There is also a second use for this product, I’ve been watching QVC and the demonstrations show this can be used to set brows but don’t worry it won’t turn brows white, I’ve checked the white turns clear.
It’s £10.50 and is available from Liz Earle and John Lewis. http://uk.lizearle.com/eyes/lash-care-intensifying-mascara-base.html
