Tigi Urban Anti-Dotes Recovery Treatment Mask*

tigi urban anti-dotes recovery level two treatment mask my beauty notes blog review

Tigi Urban Anti-Dotes Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner is a duo I return to time and time again so I was excited to discover the range was expanding to include Treatment Masks*. I have the Level Two mask, Recovery because it’s the one most suited to my hair needs. My hair gets put through with heat styling, I straighten my hair almost everyday so it needs a lot of hydration to keep it in good condition.

The mask has the same blue colour as the shampoo and it smells the same. This mask is designed for hydration and the instructions say to apply it to the med-lengths and ends and leave for 3 to 5 minutes.  I’ve been using this twice a week since I got and it definitely does hydrate intensely. I can always tell when my started to crave an injection of moisture because I can start to see the little white bits at the end of the hair strands (does anyone get that?). I’m always a little wary of intense masks because they can make my a little greasy or it just weigh my hair down but this doesn’t if anything it’s gave my hair a bit of life because it’s properly hydrated.

Overall, I’m really impressed with this mask and I would recommend it if you’re looking for a mask to hydrate. If hydration isn’t your problem there is two other masks in the range so there’s a good chance there’s mask for your hair needs.

It’s £14.50 and it’s due to launch soon.
